The yoga of snakes and arrows

Leela is an ancient game of self-knowledge, shaped more than 2,000 years ago by sages and saints of the Hindu Indian traditions. Seventy-two squares, one die, and a single honest question. We guide you through it, gently.

A mirror, not a race

Every square is a state of consciousness. The die does not decide your fate — it shows you where your attention already lives.

Arrows and snakes

Arrows are the lift of virtue, devotion and right action. Snakes are the slide of ego, vanity and delusion. Both are teachers.

One question, one game

You begin by naming a real question. The board answers it square by square, in your own language, over about two hours.

What a session is

Two unhurried hours

Your guide holds the frame so you can stay with the board. There is no advice given and nothing to believe. You roll, you land, you look. Most people leave with one clear sentence they did not have when they sat down.

How it unfolds

01

Name your question

Something alive and unresolved. Your guide helps you shape it.

02

Enter the board

Roll a six to be born onto square 6, Delusion — the beginning of every journey.

03

Read each square

Move, land, pause. Your guide reads the square and you speak what it stirs.

04

The game closes at Cosmic Consciousness, with an exact roll and a quiet integration.
